Picked out tires online, all paid for online, easy process. Tanner the manager there was easy going, easy to work with, tried to provide me with the best service I could ask for. Appreciate his time and professionalism. Was first in que at 8AM and had 4 new tires on my car by 8:35AM. Quick, reliable, dependable service. Would recommend.

MONTE was AWESOME!!!!! I have been a customer for 15+ years, and MONTE was BY FAR the best person I've interacted with in 10+ years! He is a true AMBASSADOR of the Discount Tire brand. From the first phone call on my road trip to have a trailer tire replaced (that had failed and I used the spare) to the interaction upon check-in (without an appointment), to his wheeling the tire out as I approached for pick-up were TOPS!!! Above average does not describe MONTE's care for customer service. MONTE IS THE BEST!!!!!! THANK YOU MONTE!!!!!

A few days ago I went to this Discount Tire shop to get my tires repaired. Later I discovered they had damaged my underbody protection. They were supposed to lift the car to the position marked with a red circle, but instead they lifted it onto the running board marked with a yellow circle, causing damage to my underbody protection. I think they need to improve their employee training.

The staff and honest service at this shop are extraordinary. I had both of my vehicles serviced for balance/rotations and had to run home to swap vehicles. Took a combined total of 2 hrs. Best pit crew in the region along with the Ormond Beach location. Highly recommended! Be sure to set up appointments online. Arrive early if you can before your appt. starts to get the wheels rolling 🏎️
